GUARANTEE: Attendance guarantee must be received 72 hours prior to the event date. If the
client should fall under this guarantee, they are still required to pay for the amount that they
guaranteed.
1MC: Please note that a 1MC announcement will occur every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour
through out the day. This announcement is on the ship's loud speaker and may interupt your event so
please plan presentation highlights around this. This is a standard practice in the Navy and on an
active aircraft carrier and we are proud to say that it will add charm to your USS Midway Museum
experience.

3. * Please note: Should the client require additional items such as rental equipment and/or services, additional charges would incur. The
charge for guest count is an estimate and the final invoice will reflect the actual attendance.
*Please note: The passenger elevators are not to be used for event load-on and load-off. No equipment of any kind may be taken into the
passenger elevators at any time.
All guests should check in at the ENTRANCE brow (west of the ticket booth) with a Safety team member, wearing red. They will instruct
your guests to enter via brow #3, onto the quater deck, entering through the Museum's main exit.
For events over 100, brow #1 will be used and all guests should follow the Museum's signage accordingly. Brow #1 is located on the west
end of the pier, as it is the last brow to access the ship.
The self guided tour is not included in the ceremony package price. If you wish to purchase tickets for your guests, plesae contact your event
manager for pricing and make arrangements for payment.
*Please note: The appearance of the ship, Navy Pier or nearby streets sometimes is affected by maintenance, construction, weather, or
restoration. Your Event Manager will keep you advised as appropriate.
All final payments are due 5 days prior to the event date. Any payment that is not received within 60 days after the event date, will be
assessed a $25 late payment fee.
